Deer Run Ranch is a great place to come especially if you are looking for some horse therapy for yourself or child. My class get to come here and work with the horses and learn different skills. The place is well kept and very organized and clean. Teri is amazing and we are so excited to have this opportunity to be able to do some work base learning too! Families of special needs children are constantly looking for new ways to help their children. Occasionally a bright light shows through in the difficult lives of these children. There are people that have God given gifts in helping these kids. Dear Run Ranch Equine Connection is a true blessing for our child. Teri, Susan, and Aimee are a team that present horse therapy in a manner that intrigues our child. The challenge of such a program is an inspiration for me to do the best for our child. Teri and Derek are the most patient and caring couple. Seeing the progress of our child is amazing. Deer Run Ranch is an amazing choice for alternative therapy. I am a domestic abuse survivor, and talk therapy could only help me to a point. With consistent prolonged trauma there is a rewriting of the nervous system to fight/flight status. At Deer Run Ranch with the help of the amazing mental health professionals, and the support, and love from the horses they help you rewrite it back to a calm, natural state. Even the ground on which the ranch sits, has its own calming, healing energy to it. I can not thank Teri, and Viviana enough for what they have done for me! Everyone from the owners, to the volunteers truly care about helping others, and loving the animals. The horses are amazing loving creatures too that know they are here to help and they are happy to do so! I highly recommend Deer Run Ranch!

Wonderful Conrad Tour at Deer Run Ranch Equine Connection! Arrived feeling anxious and stressed but after working with the horses I certainly felt calm relief of positive energy. The day turned out to be a magical experience learning to breath and be in the moment. Awesome.
